For this residential project, I was tasked with designing a two-story condominium using Floor Plan D. The space is designed for a newly-married couple who wanted a home that would reflect their Japanese and Spanish heritages.
This project challenged me by requiring hand-drafting techniques. Materiality was applied using Photoshop to enhance the visualizations.
The concept created for this project was to create a space that is airy yet intimate, drawing inspiration from Mediterranean and Japanese design elements.
